Is it legal to text past customers in Canada and the US?
It can be, when every text follows CASL in Canada or TCPA in the US, names your business and lets people opt out. A customer the rules don't allow you to text yet is held on your desk with the reason. Anyone who replies STOP is never texted again.
What does a reactivation text say?
It names your business and the service that's due, and asks the customer to reply YES to book or STOP to opt out. You read and approve every text before it goes, and you can rewrite it in your own words.
What do I need to start?
Your client list with names, phone numbers, the service each client had and the date, as a spreadsheet, CSV, PDF or photo. You see who's due before anything is texted, and nothing goes out until you approve it.
What does it cost?
Seeing who's due in your own list is free, with no account. After that you pay one flat monthly price set for your trade: $699 for dental, $599 for auto service, $499 for HVAC, $299 for garage doors and pest control, $249 for lawn care, and $199 for salons and grooming, in CAD in Canada and USD in the United States.
